    Domaine Charbonnier - Touraine

Domaine Charbonnier operates 21 hectares of vines in AOC Touraine. Throughout the year, the winery works their plots according to strict, precise methods depending on the grape varieties: they control yields by careful pruning, followed by disbudding, natural grassing or sowing in place, and thin out leaves on certain types of vines. All the harvesting is done by hand, and stems are removed. They have modern tanks with a temperature control system to produce fruity wines.

    • Sauvignon Blanc Touraine

This Sauvignon Blanc is crisp and refreshing, with rich, ripe lime and grapefruit aromas and flavors. Hints of melon and quince help balance the flavors and quench the palate with a crisp finish, inviting another sip.

    • Cabernet Franc Touraine

Elegant, Black Currant, Raspberry, Medium-bodied Loire Cab Franc. The fresh cut plum and raspberry fruit is offset by a chalky spine, with a briary edge bouncing throughout the finish.
